Came for a viewing of a 5series, I called up on the day and the car was ready for me when I arrived, was offered drinks and coffee too, I took the 5 series for a test drive everything was clean, the owner Omar was really informative about the car had all the documents and answered all the questions I have asked. Well where do I start, always wary when it comes to buying a car from dealers by nature they don't have a good name. However Omid was top with everything from deposit and driving the car away. When I turn up he picked me up from the station, car was prepped and ready gave me the keys and let me on a test drive on my own which was so nice as I got to really test the car and make sure all was good. Came back paid so easy. Notice a small problem with the grill he said book it on and he will cover costs, been a pleasure to deal with even to date. Would buy another car one day 5 start service and the aftercare is another level. Thank Omid!!

I'd done some research online and in the area so popped in. The guy who assisted me and left me to look round unhindered, was really helpful and knowledgeable, and genuinely interested which I found refreshing. I'm planning go back when I've settled nearer to exactly what I want, but the A5 and the X3 really impressed with the standard of presentation - I've found mega-bucks dealers who aren't as good on the presentation and buying experience! This is an extremely professional outfit. My car was delivered at minimal cost in very good condition. Customer service is excellent - I was given a lift to the station after viewing the car, for example, and reimbursed immediately without question when a tail light required rewiring after delivery. Omid is a great guy. I purchased a BMW 4 series from them, the car was amazing but didn't realise the rear brake pads were coming to an end. Spoke to Omid and despite it not being covered by warranty, he covered the cost of replacing them. I had a fantastic experience with Omar when buying a used vehicle. We sent an email on Friday evening, arranged a viewing for Saturday afternoon.
The dealership is very clean, tidy and has a very well stocked drinks fridge! The car was brought over and then after being shown around it, my partner was then left to continue at his leisure, along with keys and directions for a good test drive route.
There was no pressure or anything similar which I have experienced previously elsewhere, and no attempts to upsell either to a more expensive vehicle, arrange finance or add on "˜extras'.
The car was immaculately valeted and was ready to drive away immediately once the decision was made to buy. We are very happy with the vehicle so far, and having the extra security of the warranty for one month really did help us feel really good about buying this car. Definitely recommend these guys, we had a great experience.
